Aaron M. Pomeranz – Attorney Pomeranz received a 2023 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America recognition for the categories of Family Law and Commercial Litigation. The 2023 edition marks his second time appearing on the list.
Best Lawyers lists are compiled based on an exhaustive peer-review evaluation. According to Best Lawyers, their “process is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues”. The method consists of collecting nominations (which are open to anyone), followed by peer-review voting on ballots generated from the nominations which are specific to the voting attorney’s geographical and practice areas. Once voting is completed, Best Lawyers research staff review the votes and comments then complete an eligibility check before announcing lawyers to be included in the list. Lawyers are not allowed to pay a fee to be listed.
