Jason Barlow

Criminal and Traffic Attorney, Chesapeake VA

A Chesapeake native, Jason A. Barlow brings nearly 30 years of legal experience to Parks Zeigler’s Chesapeake office, where he leads our traffic and criminal division. After earning his degree from Old Dominion University and graduating from The University of South Dakota Law School, Jason began his career with the Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office before transitioning to the Virginia Legal Aid Society and the Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. He specializes in criminal defense, focusing on DUI, drug, and firearm cases, as well as firearms rights restorations. Jason works alongside attorneys Aaron M. Pomeranz to provide dedicated legal representation for our clients.
