Steph was born in Massachusetts and spent much of her childhood on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, where her passion for creativity and communications took root. She attended Chowan University, studying graphic design and communications, and later returned to Regent University to pursue business and ministry leadership.
In her early twenties, Steph started her entrepreneurial journey, founding multiple companies allowing her to positively impact communities while growing personally and professionally. This includes spending over 15 years owning and managing a creative branding and marketing agency, developing strategies for nonprofits, retired athletes, and businesses of all sizes.
As Director of Marketing & Special Events at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula, Steph led digital strategy, event planning, and media relations. She brings her extensive expertise in business development, marketing, business processes, and campaign management to her role as marketing manager for Parks Zeigler PLLC. Early in her position as marketing manager at PZ, she was promoted to also lead the Intake Department where she implemented new techniques to serve potential new clients.
Steph has one daughter, a graduate of Old Dominion University, and a former Division I athlete. Outside of work, Steph is passionate about community work, charitable initiatives, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also a sought-after speaker, addressing audiences of athletes, entrepreneurs, and parents on topics of inspiration and empowerment.
Steph is a certified leadership coach through CMI Leadership Coaching and the 2nd place finisher in the 2025 Max the Mic Speak-off Competition.
