Madyson E. Wood | Receptionist

Madyson was born in Elizabeth City, NC and raised in Southampton County, VA. She graduated in 2025 from Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Before attending ODU, Madyson studied at Towson University on a full athletic and academic scholarship from 2019–2021.

In 2019–2020, Madyson interned for the Honorable Judge Robert Humphreys (ret.), gaining valuable experience in the legal field. Throughout high school and college, she worked in the service industry, developing strong customer service and hospitality skills as both a server and bartender.

An accomplished athlete, Madyson traveled extensively across the United States pursuing athletic opportunities that led to her Division I scholarship. She enjoys traveling whenever possible and has a strong personal interest in politics and public affairs.

In her free time, Madyson enjoys spending time with her cat Tito and dog Jojo, being with friends and family, creating art, gardening, and cooking.
