Luis was born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala where he discovered a strong passion for problem-solving, leadership, and building meaningful relationships. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics in 2014 and later completed a master’s in finance in 2016, strengthening both his analytical and strategic skills. Luis began his professional career in the telecommunications industry in the early 2010s, gaining valuable experience in customer support and service operations. In 2013, he transitioned to the technology industry, where he has since built a career focused on customer success, retention, and process optimization.
For over five years, Luis has served in leadership roles within a global technology company, managing teams of 18–22 people and contributing significantly to customer experience, onboarding, and operational growth. He played a key role in shaping customer success operations, combining strategic thinking with a people-first approach. His leadership style focuses on empowering teams, driving measurable results, and advocating for long-term client growth.
Luis also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is currently pursuing his Green Belt, further strengthening his expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency. Passionate about Customer Success and continuous learning, he envisions himself leading larger teams and creating impactful customer experiences in the future.
In June of 2025, Luis became part of the Parks Zeigler team.
Outside of work, Luis is a proud father of two and a husband. He enjoys living life to the fullest, spending quality time with family and friends, watching soccer, going to the gym, and staying active as part of a balanced lifestyle.
