Jennifer was born and raised in San Salvador, El Salvador. She started her career in the health care industry before settling into customer service as a way to support people. Jennifer joined Parks Zeigler from another law firm as an Intake Specialist.
What motivates Jennifer most in her current role is being a guide for people during moments of uncertainty. Whether it’s answering questions over the phone or helping someone feel heard, she finds deep satisfaction in ensuring everyone that calls Parks Zeigler is taken care of properly. Inspired by her hardworking mother who pursued her goals with dedication, Jennifer strives every day to follow her example and be a positive force in others’ lives.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her dog, who’s been her companion for the past two years. A true dog lover, Jennifer believes life is better with a furry friend by your side. She is also an avid baker and enjoys making sweet treats for family, friends, fairs, and clients.
