Ashley was born and raised just south of the Virginia border on Knotts Island, North Carolina. Growing up surrounded by water, she developed a deep love for all things boating and beach-related.
After graduating from Currituck County High School, Ashley spent a year in Raleigh before returning to the coast. In 2010, she began working full-time as a deputy clerk with the Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, where her interest in the legal field took root.
After 4 years in the Clerk’s Office, Ashley transitioned to private practice in 2014, joining a personal injury law firm. Following more than five years in the field, she was ready for a new challenge and joined the Parks Zeigler team in 2019. Ashley brings with her a strong desire to help others navigate difficult situations – an attribute that makes her a valuable asset in her role as a paralegal at the firm.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their college-aged daughter, Caitlyn, and two young sons, Camden & Cole. Her family loves the outdoors, and in the summer, they can usually be found at the beach or at the baseball field.
