Ambir L. Wilson
Ambir was born and raised in southern Virginia Beach and attended Creeds Elementary, Princess Anne Middle, and Floyd E. Kellam High School. Born into a family of avid sportsmen, most of her childhood was spent hunting and fishing on Back Bay. After high school, Ambir went to work as a receptionist for a local law firm. It was not long before she transitioned to a legal assistant position within the firm, where she worked on real estate, domestic, and criminal cases. In 2002, with the birth of her first son, Ambir left the workforce to be a stay at home mom.
Returning to the workforce in 2006, Ambir went to work in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. Most of her nine years in the Clerk’s Office was spent in the Probate Department handling estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. Ambir decided to leave only due to a desire to spend more time with her growing sons. Wanting to stay in the legal arena, she came to Parks Zeigler in July 2015 to work from home as a part-time paralegal. Since that time, she has transitioned to Brandon’s full-time paralegal.
Outside of work, most of Ambir’s time is spent with her two sons Wyatt, age 18 and Walker, age 16 and her large extended family. Both of her boys love anything that keeps them outdoors, particularly carrying on the passed down traditions of hunting and fishing.
