Parks Zeigler, PLLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer S. Rossettini, Esq., CFP® has joined the firm as the head of its Virginia Estate Planning and Elder Law practices. With more than two decades of experience as both a seasoned attorney and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, Jennifer brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to the Parks Zeigler team.
A native of New Jersey, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from Rutgers University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1998. After relocating to Virginia Beach in 2004, she quickly found her passion in estate planning and elder law.
Jennifer’s extensive career includes time at a local elder law firm, where she helped clients design strategic estate plans and navigate the complexities of Medicaid eligibility. In 2006, she expanded her scope to include financial planning, joining a wealth management division of a regional financial institution to serve high net worth clients as a financial advisor and earning her CFP® certification in 2008. She rejoined the legal profession in 2018, ultimately becoming a partner in her former firm and deepening her experience in probate, guardianships, conservatorships, and trust administration.
At Parks Zeigler, Jennifer will continue to serve clients with compassion and precision—integrating legal and financial strategies to support individuals, families, and business owners in building and protecting their legacies. Her leadership will be instrumental as the firm continues to embrace modern technologies and a client-focused approach in all areas of legal service.

Jennifer is actively involved in the community as President of the Board for Primeplus Senior Centers and serves on the Board of the Financial Planning Association of Hampton Roads. She is also a frequent speaker and contributor on topics such as elder law, tax planning, and the prevention of financial exploitation among vulnerable populations.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, daughters Emma and Alexa, and their cat Anya. She is an avid crocheter, traveler, and enthusiastic supporter of animal shelters.
