Parks Zeigler, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Christy J. Wood, Esquire to its Virginia Beach location. Ms. Wood has represented clients in divorce and family law related matters throughout Hampton Roads for more than 20 years. Ms. Wood has devoted her professional career to the exclusive practice of family law and brings that extensive experience and knowledge to Parks Zeigler to provide the finest representation in our most complicated family law cases. As an active litigator, Ms. Wood is well versed with the unique particulars of each of the various courts in Hampton Roads.
A longtime resident of Virginia Beach, Ms. Wood graduated from Regent University School of Law and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2002. Prior to joining Parks Zeigler, Ms. Wood practiced law at another local firm for sixteen years before opening her own practice in Virginia Beach. She is a past president of the Virginia Beach Bar Association as well as former chair of the C.L.A.S.S. program (Concerned Lawyers Advocating Spousal Safety).
With the addition of Ms. Wood, Parks Zeigler now has 13 attorneys, 12 paralegals, and 8 support staff team members in four cities across two states. Parks Zeigler, PLLC is available to provide legal services for its clients in a wide range of practice areas including Family Law, Criminal Defense, DUI/DWI Defense, Traffic Defense, Wills/Trusts/Estates, Civil Litigation, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice, Credit Reporting Disputes, and Small Business Representation.
