Parks Zeigler Attorneys Attend NPBA Young Lawyers Reception & Mentoring Kickoff
On Sunday, November 2, members of the Parks Zeigler, PLLC legal team joined peers from across the region for the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association (NPBA) Young Lawyers Reception and Mentoring Program Kickoff.
The event brought together seasoned and rising attorneys to celebrate mentorship, professional growth, and community within the legal profession. On behalf of Parks Zeigler, Managing Member Kellam T. Parks, Esq., a past NPBA President, was joined by newer attorneys Brandon “Don” W. Koluch, Nathalie D. Lezcano Beitia, and Mikayla N. Zummo.
It was held along the picturesque Norfolk waterfront and marked the beginning of yet another year of development and connection among the region’s young legal professionals.

The Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association, founded in 1900, is one of the oldest and most active bar associations in Virginia. The NPBA fosters professionalism, ethical practice, and collegiality among attorneys and offers continuing legal education, networking opportunities, and community service. Its Young Lawyers Section plays an integral role in connecting the new members of the bar with mentors and resources for their growth into leadership positions in the legal community.
