For parents looking to have a date night, the Princess Anne Recreation Center will babysit the kids for a bit, offering them some fun and free pizza too! So if you’re in a pinch because the babysitter had to cancel last minute, this might be the perfect solution. For more information click here.
Grilled Cheese Festival: August 10th at The Shack in Virginia Beach, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We’ve all enjoyed the traditional grilled cheese sandwich, so why not try some non-traditional ones? There will be over 15 local restaurants and food trucks at The Shack on Saturday showing off their best grilled cheese creations. There will also be live music, ax throwing, a kids zone, and no shortage of drink options. For more information, click here.
