Parks Zeigler, PLLC is happy to announce that Attorney Andrew T. Shilling has completed the certification requirements of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and is a certified mediator. To be certified, one must complete a 40-hour training course, mediation observations, demonstrate an understanding of North Carolina family law, and be of good moral character.
With this certification, Attorney Shilling is now approved to conduct mediation in family law matters in the District Courts for the State of North Carolina. We are pleased that Attorney Shilling will be able to provide mediation services to parties who wish to participate in alternative dispute resolution in lieu of contested litigation.
