Christan C. Routten

Christan Routten is an accomplished attorney with two decades of legal experience in North Carolina. A Smithfield, Virginia native, she graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in History before earning her J.D. Cum Laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2004.

Andrew T. Shilling

Andrew (Andy) Shilling is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of legal experience in Virginia and North Carolina. A graduate of the College of William & Mary and the University of Richmond Law School, Andy built a distinguished career representing clients in both state and federal courts, including the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

I had a case in NC, I live in Virginia. The case was from a long time ago and there were some nuances about the case. I hired Parks Zeigler because their representation costs were very well priced, and because of the great communication from Attorney Routtens end. Talking to other law firms felt like I was being sold to and I couldn’t gauge where their experience was, or what their gameplan was with a case like mine.
