Krista was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She attended and graduated from Princess Anne High School in 2017. Krista went on to study at James Madison University and will be graduating in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching Education. This fall, Krista will continue at JMU to obtain her Master’s in Athletic Training. 

Krista’s passions reside within sports and people. Krista’s selfless and caring personality shows through her dedication to school, work, and volleyball. Krista plays on the James Madison University Women’s Club Volleyball Team and currently holds the role of president for the club. Her communication and organizational skills show through her work.

Krista’s career goal is to work in the field of athletics at the collegiate level as an athletic trainer. She would love to continue to work with young athletes and help guide them in recovering and preventing sports-related injuries.

During her free time, Krista enjoys going hiking in the Shenandoah Valley, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her friends. Krista is a triplet, providing her with a sister and brother that she adores dearly. Krista is also related to the infamous Oliver the Therapy Dog.
